AEC Approved by MCS as Solar Installer

AEC are pleased to announce that we are now an approved installer of Solar P.V. systems under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme.

Our status as an MCS approved installer enables us to claim the Government’s Feed in Tariff for any system we install, so you earn money at the same time as making big savings on electricity bills.

The FiT scheme will make renewable energy much more accessible and financially viable to the public. To be eligible for the FiT scheme your solar PV system and installer MUST be MCS approved.

For more information on solar power, the Feed in Tariff and how much money you could earn from it, visit our dedicated solar site – AEC Solar

The Walker Building Wins Award

We are pleased to report that The Walker Building, on which AEC completed electrical installation works, recently won an award at the annual Celebrating Construction Awards.

From the Birmingham City Council Website:

Over 850 professionals from the construction industry attended to celebrate the best of buildings in the West Midlands. These awards pay tribute to organisations that seek nothing less than excellence in their strategic and operations activities. The awards are presented to the builders who achieve outstanding quality in their construction work, particularly in relation to the building control process.

The Walker Building was recognised in the Restoration category of the Built in Quality Awards and we would like to offer our congratulations and thanks to all involved in the project.
